We believe in transparent communication, efficient service delivery, and a results-driven approach. Our delivery and refund policy outlines the key terms under which our services are rendered and how we handle refunds.
Service Delivery
- Project Start & Completion:
- Services commence once a written agreement or contract is signed, and the initial payment or deposit is received.
- All services, including but not limited to campaign management, SEO, social media marketing, and consulting, are delivered based on the agreed timeline and scope. Any changes or modifications to the scope will require written approval and may incur additional charges.
- Ad Account Management & Campaigns:
- HUB MEDIA will manage your ad accounts based on industry best practices and our expertise, but we do not provide any guarantee regarding ad account performance, account suspensions, or platform-related issues outside our control.
- No Guarantee of Results:
- While we make every effort to meet the agreed objectives, including targets such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), ROI (Return on Investment), or profitability, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. This includes achieving certain levels of ROAS or ROI, as performance may vary depending on market conditions, competition, and external factors beyond our control.
Refund Policy
- No Refunds for Rendered Services:
- Once services have been provided, including but not limited to account setup, ad campaign management, content creation, or consultations, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
- This policy applies even if performance does not meet projected ROAS or ROI targets, as there are many variables outside of our direct control that influence marketing outcomes.
- No Refunds for Non-Guaranteed Results:
- We do not issue refunds based on dissatisfaction with results, failure to meet marketing targets, or any claims related to a lack of profitability. As digital marketing performance can fluctuate based on various factors, including market trends and consumer behavior, HUB MEDIA does not offer any guarantees of success.
- Ad Account Issues:
- HUB MEDIA is not liable for any ad account suspensions, policy violations, or platform-related issues (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok) that arise during the course of the campaign. We take every precaution to ensure compliance with platform guidelines, but refunds will not be provided for accounts that are suspended or restricted due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Cancellation of Services:
- If a client chooses to terminate the contract before services are completed, a pro-rated refund may be considered based on the amount of work done, provided no campaigns or services have been delivered. However, once services are rendered, no refunds will be provided.
- Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and execution of the project has not started already.
- All refund will Process within 4 Business Days.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and complete information required for the success of the campaigns.
- Negative feedback or dissatisfaction with third-party platforms (e.g., ad networks, social media platforms) does not entitle clients to refunds or contract terminations without fulfilling payment obligations for services rendered.
